GENESEE/THETFORD TWPS., Mich. – The Genesee County Road Commission will be paving Frances Rd. near Genesee Rd. on Wednesday, October 1 from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Crews will then move to Frances Rd. near Vassar Rd. from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The road will be closed to thru traffic.
