Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests
Pursuant to the designation by the Thetford Township Board of Trustees, Deputy Clerk Ambrosia Baird serves as the FOIA Coordinator for Thetford Township. As FOIA Coordinator, Ms. Baird is responsible for receiving and processing all requests for public records in accordance with Michigan’s Freedom of Information Act (MCL 15.231 et seq.). Requests may be submitted in writing to the Township office or via email, and responses will be issued in compliance with state law timelines and guidelines. Please contact the Township Clerk’s office for more information or assistance with submitting a FOIA request.
